The influence of mass outflow on the thermal regime of the solar corona
is considered for a concentrated heat source. With sufficiently large
values for the energy flux dissipating in the corona, the temperature
distribution of the coronal plasma is dependent on the solar wind mass
flux. The region where mass flow regulation takes place is determined.
