Consideration is given to the second approximation of the problem of the evolution of small gravitational perturbations in Friedmann's standard model of the universe filled with dust. The tetrad representation of the field equations is used. It is shown that the interaction of perturbations can accelerate the evolution of perturbations and can lead to the redistribution of energy between gravitational perturbations of different spatial scales.
