High resolution observations of six fields in M31 at 4995 MHz (6 cm)
made with the WSRT are described. Twenty-three sources were found,
mostly background sources previously measured at lower frequencies.
Upper limits are given for nine sources. Several H II region complexes
were detected at typical flux-density levels of 2 - 3 mJy.
