We report on Swift Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) and X-Ray Telescope (XRT) observations of the type-IIn SN 2006bv (CBET #493, #494) obtained on 2006-05-01.76 UT. UVOT magnitudes are V = 18.9 ± 0.2, B = 19.0 ± 0.2, U = 18.6 ± 0.2, UVW1 [181-321 nm] = 20.3 ± 0.3, UVM2 [166-268 nm] = 20.1 ± 0.3, and UVW2 [112-264 nm] = 20.8 ± 0.3. Comparison to the magnitudes obtained on 2006-04-28.36 (unfiltered mag 17.8, CBET #493) shows that the SN is past maximum and fading rapidly.
