This is my own assessment. The papers referred were all published inJournal of Atmospheric and Terrestrial Physics. Later on I contributed several papers in IEEE Transactions on EMC. The very first paper 'Corelation between Atmospheric Noise at different frequencies was published in Feb 1970 and was reviewed in IEEE Spectrum in July 1970 under the column Scanning the Issues .The reviewer compared statstical persistence of the author with that of astronomer Tycho Brahe. Subsequently I published a paper on Correlation between Atmospheric Noise and Sunspot number at Delhi in IEEE Proceedings and another more comprehensive paper for world wide analysis in Radio Science a journal of NBS USA
