I have not checked every detail of this man's work, but it seems very good and important. It seems to resolve a fundamental paradox in quantum mechanics: its apparent non-local nature. He indicates that originated from an oversimplification in Shrodinger's nonrelativistic wave equation -- whereby perturbations in matter waves are incorrectly predicted to travel at infinite velocities.
