On the basis of Smithsonian Observatory Catalog data, 15 wide systems of Trapezium type have been found around 2601 sample O-B2 stars. Photometric distances are estimated for the Trapezium components, taking into account interstellar absorption. Since the distances to the system components are assumed to be nearly equal, it is concluded that the majority of the wide systems found are physical ones. The existence of wide systems of Trapezium type confirms the suggestion that Trapezia with total positive energy exist.
