The motion of a satellite of the type of Echo 1 is analyzed with allowance for solar light pressure, solar and lunar gravitational disturbances, and the noncentrality of the earth's gravitational field. The solution of the limit problem of two fixed centers is taken as the zero approximation. Formulas for predicting the secular disturbances of the orbital elements of a balloon satellite over periods of 10 to 12 days are proposed.
