This proposal defines the spectral cal lamp mini-functional test for grating G4. It is an internal, routine calibration test which makes measurements of wavelength calibration lamps. It is used to calibrate the carrousel function, Y deflections, resolving power, sensitivity, and scattered light. It will be run during OV, and frequently during SV. The carrousel function and Y deflection function coefficients are determined and the project data base will be updated. The wavelength calibration dispersion constants will be updated in the PODPS calibration data base. REVISED 12/14/89 TO REFLECT IMPLEMENTATION PLAN. 1/8/90
