The integrated energy spectrum of secondary electrons with energies of 100-1000 MeV at heights of 200-500 km is presented according to Cosmos-225 and Salyut-1 data. In addition, an analysis is made of the pitch-angle dependence of the secondary electron flux at energies exceeding 100 MeV beneath and inside the earth radiation belts. Consideration is given to both quasi-trapped and albedo electrons.
