In the article PASJ 63, 147-158 (2011)], equation (1) and the caption of figure 2 include incorrect expression for eη. The expression should read eη = [ez - (ez ṡ n)n]/|ez - (ez ṡ n)n| instead of eη =[ez - (ez ṡ n)ez]/|ez - (ez ṡ n)ez|. We note that since these incorrect equations are just typos and numerical calculations were done with the correct eη, all the result presented in the original paper remain unchanged. In the caption of figure 4, the second sentence should read ``Column density (black contour lines), polarization vector (bar), and polarization degree (false color and white contour lines) are shown for Levels 3, 5, 7, and 9 of model AH1 with α = 1 and Ω' = 5." The two contour lines (black and white) were incorrectly interchanged in the caption. The author would like to thank Mr. A. Kataoka (Kyoto U.) for his point-out of these corrections.
